This is it -- North Carolina pulled pork -- Chapel Hill style! The pig is cooked over wood all day, gently pulled apart into succulent bites, and served with fresh cold slaw on a big big bun. Of course you have a side of hushpuppies. I always have an extra glass of sweet tea, another NC staple, to wash it down.

Quite often on a busy day, I stop at Allen & Son to take home a "home made meal". Oh, I can't go back up North with out a big care package of Allen & Son Bar-BQ for our daughter, Kathryn, and her husband, Steve.
