If you ask my husband, "What are the basic food groups?" he would answer, "Sushi and coffee". Well, Fuji is his kind of place -- a sushi/coffee bar. Situated near the intersection of highways 54 and 55, Fuji is convenient for folks in Research Triangle Park looking for a light and tasteful eating experience. The atmosphere is casual and the service is friendly and efficient. The sushi is wonderful! "Dancing eel" is a delightful hybrid of California and smoked eel. The spicy rolls of tuna, yellow or crab leave a tantalizing tingle on your tongue.

Fuji also serves a full line of great coffees, including an iced cappuccino with real coffee ice cubes to retain full "octane".
