Often on a Friday night you'll find me at the oyster bar at Squids. Steamed oysters and draft beer, perhaps accompanied by a huge pile of hushpuppies, is the appropriate way to initiate the weekend. Squids has a vast menu of fresh seafood dishes, and a nice seafood store on the side.

We like to take some chowder home for an elegant lunch.
